BULK TRADING MISCONDUCT REPORTING MECHANISM
The Bulk Trading mechanism is for anyone – from Bulk Trading associates to business partners (e.g., suppliers) to report concerns of misconduct related to Bulk Trading. All concerns are handled by a dedicated team of professionals, and we protect everyone speaking up in good faith.
Why should I report?
We encourage reporting allegations of misconduct in good faith under Bulk Trading’s Code of Conduct to promote a culture of responsibility, respect, and integrity. This helps ensure a healthy and fair workplace.
What should I report?
Misconduct includes actions that are potentially illegal, violate Bulk Trading’s Code of Ethics or other company policies, or are deemed improper for an individual, profession, or industry. Such actions are often taken to bypass rules for personal or company gain. If you become aware of any misconduct, we want to hear about it.
Wrongdoing that can be reported through form below and includes, but is not limited to:
- Violation of Human Rights of our business partners
- Sexual exploitation and abuse
- Sexual harassment
- Inappropriate behavior, including bullying and non-sexual harassment
- Fraud, theft, bribery and corruption
- Conflicts of interest
To thoroughly review and investigate each allegation, Bulk Trading encourages anyone reporting misconduct to provide as much information and evidence as possible. This includes:
- What alleged wrongdoing are you reporting? Describe in detail what happened.
- Who committed the alleged wrongdoing?
- Was anyone else involved? (Provide full names and titles if possible)
- When and where did it happen? (Indicate dates and times, if available)
- How was the wrongdoing committed?
- Why do you believe the activity was improper?
Please keep in mind that those who initially read your complaint or investigators may not be familiar with your local context or local laws, so providing as much detail as possible is helpful.
